Product Eligibility Charter

This charter defines the eligibility conditions for products that may be processed by AtlasSwift within the framework of its fulfillment services. It applies to any merchant (hereinafter "the Merchant") using AtlasSwift's services (hereinafter "the Company").
Article 1 – Formally Excluded Products
The following are formally excluded from the scope of the Company's services, without this list being exhaustive:
- 1.1. Dietary supplements, nutritional supplements and any product intended for nutritional or dietary purposes;
- 1.2. Perishable goods, including fresh food products and any product requiring cold chain compliance;
- 1.3. Medicines, pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products subject to prescription or market authorization;
- 1.4. Alcohol, tobacco and their derivatives, as well as any regulated or prohibited substance;
- 1.5. Counterfeit products, unauthorized copies of registered trademarks and any item infringing intellectual property rights;
- 1.6. Weapons, ammunition, and any device designed to cause injury;
- 1.7. Explosive, flammable, corrosive, toxic materials or any material presenting a danger to health or safety;
- 1.8. Live animals and biological organisms;
- 1.9. Pornographic, obscene content or content contrary to public decency;
- 1.10. Any product whose sale is prohibited by the legislation in force in the Company's operating territories.
Article 2 – Products Subject to Restrictive Conditions
The following product categories are accepted subject to strict compliance with reinforced packaging requirements:
2.1. Perfumes and eau de toilette
Provided they are packaged in secure and watertight packaging.
2.2. Cosmetic oils and vegetable oils
Cosmetic oils and non-concentrated vegetable oils.
2.3. Non-hazardous liquid products
Such as lotions, creams and similar cosmetic products.
Expressly excluded remain: pure essential oils in high concentration and liquids packaged in bulk.
Article 3 – Technical Acceptance Criteria
Eligible products must imperatively meet the following technical specifications:
- 3.1. Maximum weight: 20 kilograms per product unit;
- 3.2. Maximum dimensions: 80 centimeters × 60 centimeters × 60 centimeters;
- 3.3. Maximum declared value: 500,000 CFA francs per product unit;
- 3.4. Fragile products: Accepted exclusively if the Merchant provides reinforced packaging appropriate to the nature of the product.
Article 4 – Merchant's Obligations
The Merchant formally and irrevocably undertakes to:
- 4.1. Provide accurate, complete descriptions that conform to the actual nature of the products;
- 4.2. Guarantee the authenticity and legality of all products entrusted to the Company;
- 4.3. Ensure appropriate, secure packaging that complies with transportation standards;
- 4.4. Strictly comply with local, national and international regulations applicable in each operating territory;
- 4.5. Promptly notify the Company of any substantial modification concerning the nature, composition or classification of the products.
Article 5 – Prior Validation Procedure
Any new product or product category must be expressly validated by the Company prior to any sale or storage.
Products that do not comply with this charter will be systematically refused upon receipt at the warehouse, without prejudice to the Company's other remedies.

Article 6 – Sanctions and Consequences of Breach
Any breach of the provisions of this charter will result, by operation of law and without prior notice:
- 6.1. Immediate refusal of the non-compliant product and its return to the sender, at the Merchant's sole expense;
- 6.2. Temporary suspension or permanent termination of the Merchant's account, at the Company's discretion;
- 6.3. Billing of all fees, costs and damages incurred by the Company as a result of the observed breach;
- 6.4. Where applicable, the exercise of any action for compensation for damages suffered.
Article 7 – Amendment of the Charter
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify the provisions of this charter. Any modification will be notified to the Merchant and will take effect immediately upon notification.
